Eyal Amitai President & CEO Mr. Ayal Amitai was appointed Managing Director of Quasar Engineering in July, 2005. Having joined Quasar in 1999. Prior to the joining the company, Mr. Amitai was Marketing & Sales Director of Quasar USA from April 2002 to July 2005. Between 1999 and 2002 Mr. Amitai was Marketing Sales Manager Israel & EU for Quasar Engineering. Between 1996 & 1999 served in various functions in the IDF. Mr. Amitai holds an LLB from Keele University in England




James Boutelle General Manager Mr. James Boutelle was appointed General Manager of Quasar Electronics in April, 2011. Having joined Quasar engineering in April, 2011. Mr. Boutelle has served in several key management in the past 12 years especially in high quality, unique products in manufacturing facilities. As the company’s leader, Mr. Boutelle is charging of electronic and mechanical assemblies used in medical, industrial and commercial applications. Mr. Boutelle holds M.S. Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and B.A. Physics from Colgate University






Frank He Director of Operation Mr. Frank He Joined Quasar Electronics in July, 2004. He has over 15 years of management experience in the field of operations. Previous to joining the company, Mr. He already possesses rich knowledge in the fields of electric appliances & medical devices. In addition, he has brought his extensive experience in ERP systems, supply chain management and quality management as well as logistics worldwide. Mr. He Holds Bachelor's degree in mechanical from CUMT university and EMBA from SUFE university.





Linda Tung HR Director Ms. Linda Tung Joined Quasar Electronics in January 2011, with 10 years Human Recourse management experience in large scale international groups. Prior to joining the company, she served at Flextronics fortune 500, and served at JE one of the world's largest providers of motors as HR manager. A skilled HR expert with extensive experience in structuring, developing and HR managing in global organization. Ms. Tung brings experiences in leading HR activity, upgrading processes and organizational changes. Ms. Tung holds BA degree in Human Resource management






William Hu Quality Director Mr. William Hu Joined Quasar Electronics in April, 2012 who has 12 years working experience with 2 years in quality management and 10 years in manufacturing field. Mr. Hu mostly worked in multinational companies, such as EMERSON, PHILIPS and Coloplast. Prior to joining the company, he has rich experience in quality management, production management and lean manufacturing areas, good knowledge and experience medical device regulations and ISO systems . Mr. Hu holds MBA degree in RRU University and willing to bring his experience and knowledge in Quasar.







Haizhou Liu Engineering Manager Mr. Haizhou Liu joined Quasar Electronics in July 2011. Mr. Liu brings to Quasar over 20 years of engineering management, NPI management in the field of communication equipment / module and EMI component industrial. Previous to joining the company, Mr. Liu served as NPI project manager for Sanmina-SCI, served as Engineering manager for Laird and as NPI department manager for Andrew. Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor degree of electronic engineering from the HeFei University of Technology





Thomas Lam Chief Financial Officer Mr. Thomas Lam has been working in the auditing and accounting fields in the last 25 years. Having joined Quasar Engineering in August 2008. Mr. Lam started his career in audit field for a couple of years and move to commercial fields as a manager for companies ranging from local trading to multinational company of manufacturing concerns. Mr. Lam graduated from Matriculation level and is a fellow member of ACCA - an accounting profession in the UK




Wendy Mak Senior Customer Service Manager Ms. Wendy Mak joined Quasar Engineering in October 1992 who was admitted to Graduate ship of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She has been creating and fostering an environment in which frontline employees receive the motivation, coaching, tools, and direction to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Mr. Mak has brought the highest service level and quality objectives on a consistent and sustained basis in Quasar. Mr. Mak holds the bachelor of Business (Administrative Management)





Uzi Ben-Shmuel Director Business Development Uzi Ben-Shmuel joined Quasar in 2006. Mr. Ben-Shmuel brings to Quasar extensive experience of General and Sales & Marketing management in a wide range of industries. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ben-Shmuel served as CEO of Nova AP, a subsidiary of Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. Prior to Nova he was a senior manager at Applied Materials. Before Applied he serves in several Israeli companies as VP Sales and Marketing, including founding and managing of Epilady Far East in Hong Kong Mr. Ben-Shmuel holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Rupin Institute
